Thank you for shopping with FemmeCrusade.com. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.

Print-on-Demand Production

FemmeCrusade.com uses Printify, a print-on-demand service.
This means:

  • All products are made to order and produced only after a purchase is placed.

  • Every item is unique, created specifically for your order.

Because of this production model, certain limitations apply to returns and exchanges (see below).

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Since Printify products are printed on demand:

  • Returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, wrong color, or changes their mind after purchase.

  • Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and color options carefully before ordering.

Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors (Printify Policy)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, Printify provides:

  • A free reprint, or

  • A full refund

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

  • You must provide a clear photo showing the issue.

  • You do NOT need to return the damaged item.

We will submit the claim to Printify on your behalf.

How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged item or manufacturing error, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once received, we will process the claim with Printify and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders Due to Customer Error

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Incorrect color chosen

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Misreading size charts or product details

Because items are produced only when ordered, Printify does not support returns for these reasons.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter production.
Because production often begins quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is placed.

If the order has already begun production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Processing times vary based on your payment provider.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
